Can you manufacture extinguishers under our own brand?
Yes. Custom label or screen printing on the extinguisher body, custom packaging with your artwork on individual boxes and export cartons, and confidential manufacturing where our brand is not visible on product or packaging. Minimum OEM quantity on this line is 200 pcs.
Which lines can be sold as CE marked?
Sprinklers and alarm or deluge valves. CE is not available for extinguishers, foam components, hoses, reels or cabinets, and it is not confirmed for hydrants — ask at inquiry for that line. Marketing CE across a whole own-brand catalogue would be a claim we cannot document.
What is the minimum quantity for an OEM order?
200 pcs per model on most lines. Sprinklers are 2,000 pcs because of the production batch. A programme can mix lines within one purchase order, so the minimum applies per model rather than per programme.
How fast can we get CE documentation?
Declaration of Conformity documents for the CE-certified lines are available within three business days of request, for project files, market compliance submissions and end-customer records.
Will the second batch match the first?
Production specifications are held and the same manufacturing team runs the reorder, under ISO 9001 with documented inspection records per batch. If a specification has to change between batches we raise it rather than absorb it quietly.
Can you keep the manufacturing confidential?
Yes. All Minwen branding is removed from the product and the packaging and only your branding is applied. Confirm this at order stage, because it affects carton marking and shipping documents as well as the label.
What lead time applies to a branded order?
Branded samples run 15–20 days from payment confirmation. Bulk production is 35–60 days from order confirmation. Custom packaging artwork should be approved before the production slot, since approval delays move the whole schedule.
Where do you already export?
Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. If the destination market matters to your decision, ask and we will tell you what we have actually shipped there and what documentation went with it.
Can we run a trial batch before committing to the programme?
Yes, and for a first branded order it is the sensible route. A trial at the 200 pcs minimum on one line, with your artwork applied, shows you the labelling quality and the packaging before the range commitment. Sprinklers are the exception at 2,000 pcs, so a trial there is worth planning around rather than assuming.
Who owns the tooling and artwork?
Your artwork stays yours and is used only on your orders. Where a programme needs dedicated tooling we agree the arrangement in writing before production, including what happens to it if the programme ends.
What export documentation do you provide?
Packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and product test certificates. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported if your programme or your customer requires it.
