Who operates this website

This website is operated by Fujian Nan’an Minwen Fire Protection Technology Co., Ltd., a fire protection equipment manufacturer in Nan’an, Quanzhou, Fujian, China. Inquiries sent through this site reach the company’s own sales and engineering staff, not a trading intermediary.

For any question about the information on this page, write to [email protected].

What the inquiry form collects

The form on the contact page has two tabs. Both ask for the same set of fields, because a quotation cannot be prepared without them.

  • Your name and company. Used to address the reply and to check whether the request is from a distributor, contractor, or project buyer.
  • Email and phone or WhatsApp. Used to send the quotation and to follow up on open technical points.
  • Products needed, quantity, and destination market. These decide the applicable standard, the certification scope, and the packing and shipping route.
  • Your message. Whatever you choose to include — BOQ details, applicable standards, timeline, certification needs.

No field on the form asks for payment details, identity documents, or any information beyond what a quotation requires.

How that information is used

Submitted information is used to review the requirement, confirm which product family and standard apply, prepare a priced quotation, arrange samples or inspection where requested, and follow up on the resulting order. It is not used for any other purpose.

We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing. Information is shared outside the company only where an order requires it — for example with a nominated inspection agency, a freight forwarder, or a certification body — and only the part needed for that step.

Drawings, BOQs and specification files

Project buyers often send a bill of quantities, a drawing set, or a written specification. These are used to check feasibility, quote against the correct models, and identify the points that still need confirmation before production.

Files you send are not published on this website, shown to other buyers, or used as reference material in our own marketing without your written permission.

Who sees it inside the company

Inquiries are handled by the sales team, and are passed to engineering, production planning, or the QC team when a technical answer is needed. Access stays within the staff working on your request.

Third-party services running on this website

Two external services load on these pages. Both are named here because they receive data from your browser.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile. Protects the inquiry form from automated submissions. It runs a check in your browser and receives technical signals from that check. It does not read the content of the form.
  • Google Analytics. Records which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive, in aggregate. IP anonymisation is enabled. It is used to understand which product pages buyers actually use, not to identify individuals.

This website also runs behind Cloudflare, which processes requests in transit as part of delivering the pages to you.

How long information is kept, and how to have it removed

Inquiry records and the files attached to them are kept while the enquiry or order is active, and afterwards as part of the commercial record for that transaction.

If you want a copy of what was submitted, a correction, or the record deleted, write to [email protected] from the address used in the inquiry, and say which request it concerns. We will confirm what was found and what was done.
