One factory advantage

Why buyers consolidate the whole order here

Splitting a project order across five suppliers means five negotiations, five QC audits, five certification packages and five containers arriving on different schedules. One factory means one contact, one document set and one shipment.

Assembly line at the Minwen Fire plant

One container, all six lines. Mixed orders across extinguishers, sprinklers, hose reels, hydrant cabinets and foam system components are produced in a single factory run and consolidated into one shipment to your destination port.

One certification package. Products ship with matching documentation from one source — CCC, CE where confirmed, and ISO 9001 records — which removes the documentation gaps that hold multi-supplier orders at customs.

Capacity for the whole scope. Twenty production lines and 193 employees, at 45 containers per month, cover both multi-SKU project orders and distributor replenishment without a queue.

Private label across every category. Your brand can be applied to extinguishers, cabinets and hose reels in the same run, so the branding stays consistent across the whole offering instead of varying by supplier.

How to choose

The right equipment depends on the building, not the catalogue

Fire protection projects are not generic. What belongs in the quotation follows from the building type, the hazard classification, the project specification and the standard the destination market accepts. We supply against your technical brief rather than a fixed catalogue list.

Foam suppression system arrangement

Hazard class sets the product line. A warehouse with stored flammables and a hotel corridor lead to different suppression choices long before model numbers matter.

Destination standard sets the specification. BS, EN and GB differ on thread and coupling standards, so a hydrant that fits one market may not connect in another.

Certificates are model-level, not family-level. CE is confirmed for our sprinklers and alarm valves. It is not confirmed for extinguishers, hydrants, hoses or cabinets, and we say so before a tender rather than after.

Quote accuracy

What we need to quote accurately

Four inputs turn an enquiry into a real price. Anything still undecided can be marked open — we quote the fixed parts and list what remains to be confirmed.

01

Product and model

The category and, where you have it, the model or series. If you only have an application, describe the building and hazard and we will propose the models that fit.

02

Quantity per model

MOQ is 200 pcs for most standard products. Sprinklers are 2,000 pcs because of the production batch. Samples run from 1 to 10 pcs at sample pricing.

03

Destination and documents

The destination country and which standard it accepts, plus any certification needed for tender submission or customs clearance.

04

Packing and schedule

Packing and labelling requirements, private-label artwork if any, and your target date. Samples take 15–20 days; bulk takes 35–60 days from order confirmation.

05

Own-brand requirement

If the goods carry your label rather than ours, say so with the enquiry. Labelling method differs by line — screen print on an extinguisher body, engraving on a sprinkler, a nameplate on a reel — and sprinklers carry a 2,000 pcs minimum where everything else is 200. The OEM and project supply page sets out which line can carry what.

Before approval

What you can ask to see before you commit

Any proof request should name the model, configuration and order stage it applies to. Ask for the product view, the process photo or the inspection record, and check that what you receive matches the model in your enquiry.

Common questions

Questions before you enquire

What types of fire protection equipment do you manufacture?

Six core categories: fire extinguishers (portable, trolley, automatic, clean agent and water-based); foam suppression systems (concentrate, bladder tanks, proportioners, foam chambers, monitors and nozzles); sprinklers and alarm valves (upright, pendant, sidewall, deluge valves and preaction systems); hydrants and monitors (ground, wall-mounted, landing valves and fire department connections); hoses, reels and couplings; and fire cabinets and accessories.

Can I order across several product categories in one shipment?

Yes. Mixed orders across all six categories are accepted and consolidated into a single container. Project buyers can source extinguishers, sprinklers, hose reels, cabinets and foam system components from one factory and receive them in one delivery, which cuts both logistics cost and coordination.

What certifications do your products hold?

The factory holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. Fire extinguishers and applicable product lines hold CCC. CE marking is currently confirmed for fire sprinklers and alarm valves only — it is not confirmed for extinguishers, hydrants, hoses or cabinets. Certification documentation is available on request for tender submissions and customs clearance.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is 200 pcs for most standard products, including extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, couplings and cabinets. Sprinklers have an MOQ of 2,000 pcs because of production batch requirements. Foam suppression systems are quoted per project specification. Sample orders are accepted from 1 to 10 pcs per model at sample pricing.

How long does production take from order confirmation?

Sample lead time is 15–20 business days from payment confirmation. Bulk production runs 35–60 days depending on category, order volume and the current production schedule. Confirm the timeline when placing the order so it aligns with your project or distribution schedule.

Do you support OEM or private-label production?

Yes, across all six categories — your brand name, custom label artwork and packaging specification. Provide label dimensions and file format, AI or PDF preferred, when confirming the order. Production specifications are kept consistent across repeat batches.

What payment and shipping terms do you offer?

Payment is by T/T, typically 30% deposit to confirm production and 70% before shipment. Shipping terms include EXW from the factory, FOB Xiamen or Quanzhou, and CIF to your destination port. We can work with your nominated freight forwarder or recommend one.

Can I get samples before committing to volume?

Yes. Standard sample lead time is 15–20 business days from payment confirmation. Samples are produced on the standard production lines rather than as fast-tracked one-offs, with the same material specification and surface finish as the bulk order. Sample fees are charged at cost and may be credited against a first bulk order.

Do you work with distributors as well as project buyers?

Both. Distributors and importers stock and resell across their regional networks; contractors, engineering procurement firms and project buyers need consolidated site-specific packages. The range, MOQ and documentation are the same — the quotation format and document package are adapted to which you are.

How do I request a quote covering several products?

Send the categories and models you need, the estimated quantity per model, the destination country, and any certification or standard requirement. For project orders, attaching a BOQ or specification list gives the fastest and most accurate quotation. We respond within one business day.
