Industrial and High-Hazard Fire Suppression — BOQ-Ready Supply

Foam suppression components, industrial monitors, deluge valves, trolley extinguishers and pillar hydrants for tank farms, hangars, chemical plants and warehouses. Quoting these correctly depends less on the catalogue than on what your system design already fixes.

The situation

High-hazard supply fails on regulation, not on manufacturing

A building order is settled by quantity and compliance schedule. A tank farm or a hangar is settled by what burns, how fast, and what the destination market still permits you to put on it. Three constraints do most of the damage when they are discovered after the order.

Foam-water deluge system arrangement

The agent is regulated, not just specified. PFAS-containing AFFF is restricted or being phased out in several markets. That is a legal question about your destination before it is a purchasing question about our factory.

The system design fixes the product list. Roof type, chemical class, flow requirement and actuation method are decided upstream of us. When they are missing from an enquiry, any quotation is a guess wearing a price.

Lead times differ per line, not per order. Foam concentrate, a motor-driven monitor and a deluge station do not run on the same schedule, so a single delivery date across a mixed BOQ is a date somebody will miss.

Who this is for

Five equipment groups, and the risk each one answers

High-hazard supply is not a bigger version of building supply. The agent has to suit the fuel, the flow has to suit the tank, and the actuation has to suit how fast the fire develops.

Bladder tank, proportioner and foam chamber

Industrial oscillating fire monitor
02

Industrial Fire Monitors

Best for long-range cover over yards, tank farms, port facilities and high-value assets. Oscillating monitors from 500 to 8,000 L/min, manual or motor-driven, including foam-water combination types, in stainless steel or aluminium alloy for chemical resistance.

Required checklist

Application decides the equipment, so tell us the application

Six application types cover most of what we quote. Each one changes the product list, and the notes column is where the selection actually turns.

Evidence

What you can verify before the bulk order

On high-hazard work the sample stage is not a formality. Samples run on the standard production lines with the same material specification as the bulk order, so what you test is what you receive.

Component machining station
Sample review in 15–20 days from payment confirmation
Assembly line for suppression components
Twenty production lines, 193 employees
Pressure test bench
Incoming, in-process and final inspection before packing
Cartons staged for container loading
Third-party pre-shipment inspection: SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek

How a BOQ becomes a line-item quotation

Four steps. Anything you cannot confirm yet can be marked open — we quote the settled lines and list the rest rather than assume them.

  1. 01

    BOQ review

Send the bill of quantities, the system specification, or a description of the site. We identify the matching products and say where a component specification needs confirming.

  2. 02

    Line-item quotation

Concentrates, proportioners, bladder tanks, monitors, deluge valves, extinguishers and hydrants quoted line by line, with lead time against each line rather than one figure for the order.

  3. 03

    Documentation

CE declarations for the CE-certified lines (sprinklers, alarm valves, deluge valves), the ISO 9001 factory certificate, product test certificates, and pre-shipment inspection coordination.

  4. 04

    Logistics

One shipment for a multi-product order, EXW, FOB or CIF, with high-cube packing coordinated for mixed cargo. Sample review is 15–20 days; bulk lead time is 35–60 days from order confirmation.

Red flags

Four things to settle before you order

High-hazard orders fail on regulation and compatibility more often than on manufacturing. These are the ones that cost real money after delivery.

Foam system component assembly

PFAS and AFFF regulatory restriction. AFFF concentrates containing PFAS compounds are subject to restriction or phase-out in the EU, Australia and the United States. Verify regulatory acceptance in your destination market before ordering, and consult your local environmental regulator or fire protection engineer. We will supply what your market permits; we will not tell you your market permits it.

Roof type not stated for a tank farm. A fixed-roof tank takes foam chambers; a floating-roof tank takes foam makers. Quoting without the roof type produces a bill of materials that cannot be installed.

Agent picked before the chemical class. Dry powder, foam and clean agent are not interchangeable across process hazards, and an electrical area needs a non-conductive agent. Send the chemical class with the enquiry.

Marine service assumed to be standard stainless. Offshore and marine work needs SS316, and that is a confirmation at inquiry rather than a default. Standard grades will pass inspection and fail in service.

Common questions

Questions from industrial project buyers

Can you supply a complete foam system for a fuel storage tank farm?

We supply all the components: AFFF or FFFP concentrate, bladder tanks, proportioners, foam chambers for fixed-roof tanks, foam makers for floating-roof tanks, foam monitors, foam nozzles and deluge valves. Send the tank schedule with roof types and we quote against it line by line.

Is AFFF still allowed in my market?

That depends on the market and it is your call to confirm, not ours. PFAS-containing AFFF is restricted or being phased out in the EU, Australia and the United States. Check with your local environmental regulator or fire protection engineer before ordering, and tell us the outcome so the quotation matches it.

What flow rates do the industrial monitors cover?

500 to 8,000 L/min, manual or motor-driven, including foam-water combination types. Construction is stainless steel or aluminium alloy depending on the chemical exposure at the installation point.

What actuation is available on deluge valves?

Pneumatic, electric or hydraulic. Valves are supplied as complete deluge stations with the pilot system components, rather than as a bare valve you then have to assemble around.

Which lines are CE certified?

Sprinklers, alarm valves and deluge valves. CE is not confirmed for extinguishers, hydrants, hoses or cabinets. The factory operates under ISO 9001 across all lines, and we state the difference before a tender rather than after.

What trolley extinguisher sizes do you make?

ABC dry powder at 20, 35, 50 and 100 kg; CO₂ trolley at 10 and 25 kg; foam trolley at 45 L and 100 L. Portable units are available for hazardous area use. All CCC and ISO 9001 certified.

What is the lead time on a mixed industrial order?

Sample review is 15–20 days from payment confirmation. Bulk production runs 35–60 days from order confirmation. On a mixed BOQ we quote lead time per line item, because foam concentrate and a motor-driven monitor do not run on the same schedule.

You list ESFR for high-rack warehouses — do you supply it?

ESFR is named in the application table because it is what high-rack storage usually requires, not because it is a stock line here. Confirm the ESFR requirement at inquiry and we will state what we can supply against it and what would have to come from elsewhere. For standard-rack warehouse work our ceiling sprinklers, trolley extinguishers and hose reels cover the scope.

How is a mixed industrial order packed and shipped?

Multi-product orders ship together in one consignment. High-cube container packing is coordinated for mixed cargo, which matters when foam concentrate drums, a motor-driven monitor and flat-packed cabinets travel in the same booking. EXW, FOB and CIF are all available; we can work with your nominated forwarder or recommend one.

Can you handle pre-shipment inspection?

Yes. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported, including SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek. Nominate the agency at order stage and we coordinate access and documentation.
