Can I source every product for a building project here?
Six categories are made in-house: extinguishers, foam suppression, sprinklers and alarm valves, hydrants and monitors, hoses and reels, and cabinets. A typical commercial building draws on five of the six, which is why mixed orders and a single shipment are the normal arrangement rather than an exception.
Which products carry CE marking?
Sprinklers and alarm valves. CE is not confirmed for extinguishers, hydrants, hoses or cabinets. The factory operates under ISO 9001 across all lines and extinguishers hold CCC. We state the difference before a tender rather than after it.
What is the MOQ on a building order?
200 pcs per model on most lines. Sprinklers are 2,000 pcs because of the production batch. Mixed orders across categories are accepted within one purchase order, so the MOQ applies per model rather than per shipment.
What is the lead time?
Sample review is 15–20 days from payment confirmation. Bulk production runs 35–60 days from order confirmation. On a phased fit-out we agree production milestones so the risers arrive before the corridor equipment.
Can you supply against our BOQ format?
Yes. Send the bill of quantities, product schedule or specification sheets in whatever format you hold them. We return a line-item quotation that keeps your line references, so it can go back into your project file without re-keying.
What documentation comes with the order?
Product specification documentation, test certificates, CE declarations for the CE-certified lines, and the ISO 9001 factory certificate. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported, including SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek, if the project requires it.
Do you make cabinets to our recess dimensions?
Yes — custom sizing is standard production rather than a special request. Send the enclosure dimensions and the wall opening, plus the mounting type and door configuration. Custom dimensions run 45–60 days rather than the standard 35–45.
Can you hold stock for a phased project?
Production milestones can be agreed against a phased delivery schedule, which is usually more useful than holding finished stock. Tell us the phase dates with the BOQ and we will say which of them the lead times support.
