Engineering and project inquiry. For BOQ-based work where the technical requirement has to be read before it can be priced. First response typically two to three business days, because the review happens before the reply rather than after it.
Either way, incomplete is fine. If the specification is not settled, describe the application instead. We will come back with the products that fit and name the decisions still open, rather than pick values and price them as if they were confirmed.

Third-party inspection supported. SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek pre-shipment inspection can be nominated at order stage, and we coordinate access and documentation.

Standard product inquiries within one business day. Engineering or project inquiries with a BOQ typically get a first response in two to three business days, because the technical requirements are reviewed before the reply. If it is urgent, note that in the message and it is prioritised.
For a standard order: product type, quantity, destination country and certification requirements. For an engineering order: a BOQ or specification document, project location, the applicable standards and your timeline. Even a rough description works — we can give a first indicative price on incomplete information.
Yes. All six lines — extinguishers, foam suppression, sprinklers, hydrants, hoses and cabinets — are made at one facility. Mixed orders ship together as one consolidated container with a single set of export documents.
MOQ varies by product. Most standard products start at 200 pcs per model; sprinklers are typically 2,000. A mixed-product order often meets the requirement even where an individual model volume is lower — send the list and we will advise.
Yes. Samples for quality evaluation before the bulk order, at 15–20 business days lead time. Shipping is usually covered by the buyer, and sample cost may be offset against your first production order. Mention “sample request” in the inquiry.
Yes, by appointment, at Phase III, Chenggong Development Zone, Nan’an, Quanzhou. Third-party inspections are equally welcome. Where travel is not practical, a remote audit by video can be arranged.
