What applications do you supply for?
Three. Commercial buildings — hotels, offices, hospitals, schools and malls, drawing on sprinklers, hose reels, extinguishers, hydrants and cabinets. Industrial and high-hazard — tank farms, hangars, chemical plants, warehouses and power stations, drawing on foam systems, monitors, deluge valves and trolley units. And OEM or project supply, which is any of the above under your own brand.
Which products carry CE marking?
Sprinklers and alarm or deluge valves. CE is not available for extinguishers, foam components, hoses, reels or cabinets, and it is not confirmed for hydrants. The factory runs ISO 9001 across all six lines and extinguishers and hoses hold CCC.
Can I mix products from different routes in one order?
Yes, and most orders do. The routes describe buying context, not separate catalogues. A single purchase order can carry building sprinklers, an industrial monitor and OEM-labelled extinguishers, packed into one container.
What is the MOQ?
200 pcs per model on most lines. Sprinklers are 2,000 pcs because of the production batch. The minimum applies per model rather than per order, so a mixed order spreads across models without multiplying the commitment.
What are the lead times?
Samples 15–20 days from payment confirmation; bulk 35–60 days from order confirmation. On a mixed BOQ we quote lead time per line, because foam concentrate and a motor-driven monitor do not run on the same schedule.
Do I need a finished BOQ to get a quotation?
No. A rough product list with quantities, or even a description of the application, is enough to start. We come back with the products that fit and mark the lines where a specification decision is still open rather than assuming one.
Is AFFF foam still permitted where I am?
That is a question for your local environmental regulator, not for us. PFAS-containing AFFF is restricted or being phased out in the EU, Australia and the United States. Confirm the position for your destination and tell us the outcome, and the quotation will match it.
Is there a minimum order value as well as a minimum quantity?
The commitment is quantity-based rather than value-based: 200 pcs per model on most lines, 2,000 pcs on sprinklers. A mixed order that meets the per-model minimum across several lines is the normal way distributors enter, because it spreads the inventory rather than concentrating it in one product.
Can we audit the factory before committing?
Yes. The plant is 15,000 m² in Nan’an, Quanzhou, with twenty production lines and 193 employees, and it is self-owned manufacturing rather than a trading operation. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported, including SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek, and a remote audit by video can be arranged where travel is not practical.
What payment and shipping terms apply?
T/T, typically 30% deposit to confirm production and 70% before shipment. EXW from the factory, FOB Xiamen or Quanzhou, or CIF to your destination port. We work with your nominated forwarder or recommend one.
